Escape The Routine
At CrossFit Escape we want you to escape the routine of your every day life and try something new. We’re confident that we are different to other gyms; we know this because we encourage you to do things that make you happy.
Our premium gym is decked out in the latest Iron Edge equipment, and we think our rig is pretty sexy 😉 Our open space is jammed packed of barbells, bumper plates, kettle bells and ropes, with ladies and gents of all ages and abilities bettering themselves.
We want to improve your quality of life by providing a holistic approach to your health. We encourage balance in all areas of life and live by ‘everything in moderation’.
You’ll find your zen in our Yoga and Pilates studio, positioned on our mezzanine, away from the hustle and bustle of the crossfitters. Channelling a laid-back, fresh vibe this space will provide you with your daily breath of fresh air.
We take pride in our community and you can expect to make friends with everyone of our members and coaches; there are no mirrors in our gym so you’ll have to look at each other!
We prioritise performance and skill. You’ll be carefully monitored by our experienced coaches who want you to succeed and get results whether they be aesthetic or performance based.
There is no routine in our workouts, everyday we’ll surprise you with a new WOD – routine is the enemy.
Our coaches are cool; they play good music, tell jokes and drink the occasional beer.
